The Athletic Department uses Big Teams Student Central for athletic registrations and form submissions. This online registration platform will allow students and families in grades 7-12 to register for sports AND digitally submit all required PIAA athletic forms.
Please use the link below to go to Big teams and make an account. The parent/guardian will need to make an account, as well as, the student. You will then link both accounts. Once you link your accounts, you can fill out all PIAA PHYSICAL FORMS online.
