The MS iHelp room is B210 near the music rooms.

Do you need technical support for your school iPad?

  • Come to B210 any school day. We are closed from 11am to noon.
  • Please contact us via email at any time at msihelp@umasd.org from your school issued email account. We will respond to requests between 8:30am and 3:00pm on school days.
  • The UMASD tech department only supports UMASD issued devices.
  • Students must contact us through your school issued email account.
  • Pictures and/or screenshots are very helpful.
