PTC Volunteer Opportunities

This year we will be using the website "SignUp Genius" to organize all volunteer emails. Please return the form at the bottom of the page, checking off one or more activities that you may be interested in helping out.  There is no obligation. An email will be sent with a description of what help is needed a few weeks prior to the selected event and you can decide then if you are able to volunteer or donate an item.

Help with Upper House Dances - Parents from all grade levels are encouraged to volunteer to be at the dances and help where needed. We will also be looking for volunteers to donate drinks.

Back to School Social - Held in September.  We will be looking for supervisory help from parents.

Book Fair – Variety of shifts to work the register or help children with their selections.

Teachers Appreciation Lunch - Donation of baked goods/beverages or help serve at the luncheon.

PTC Yard Sale - Help with set up, clean up, food and beverage.

Lower House Activities such as the Gym and Swim - Supervisory help is needed for individual groups of children that move from one activity to another.

8th Grade End of Year Semi-Formal Dance – Chaperone or help serve finger food/beverages.
